​How Long Does It Take To Prepare?
We offer hand crafted items. We will keep popular items in stock. Preparation time depeneds on type of artifact and the availability of raw materials. Preparation given in Product details page indicates how long it may take for ready to Ship.
What are Payment and Shipping options?
We offer offline payment for Local Delivery. These are metropolitin areas of Dallas (USA), Mysore (India), Bangalore (India). Shipping days are counted once the product is ready for delivery. Please check with us for bulk orders and estimated shipping days. All shipments are due only on receiving of money. Payment via Credit Card is due on Shipping.

​Do you offer Secure Ordering & Payment Options?
We use highly secure Pay Pal system for collecting payment. All servers are in highly secured data centers in USA. We do not store credit card details. We also provide Credit Card Payments via Pay Pal services.

What about Returns & Refunds?
We do not offer Return and Refunds generally. But if item found dissatisfactory or damaged on arrival, we will replace with new one. We work hard for making these items by spending own money and time. Please help us to keep the prices low as much as possible.
